The Network of racial harassment caseworkers began work in May 2004 by undertaking a scoping study across England of all local authorities, racial equality councils, key victim support schemes and housing associations to identify where racial harassment officers were located across district and regional level. Within each region of England a seminar has been held with identified caseworkers and/or interested parties to bring people together from across the region and to discuss how the Network could develop and what it could offer to caseworkers. Currently the Network has attracted over 350 registered members and have held five regional meetings since last October. These were held in: London , Leicester , Brighton , Bristol and Cambridge.

This project is now complete.
