We have defined this as within formal learning environments (such as schools and colleges), and informal learning environments (such as youth groups, community groups, supplementary schools, and at home learning). If you are unclear whether your planned use counts as educational purposes, please contact us to check by emailing [email protected]. These resources are based on our library and archive resources and may contain images and materials that have copyright restrictions. Our archive donors often set conditions for use of their donated materials, and in many cases, ask us not to make them publicly available, other than for educational purposes. We have therefore set some restrictions on how resources are used, to ensure that our donor’s wishes are protected and to limit the risk of copyright infringement. You may: Use these resources for educational purposes Make paper copies to use in your work in for educational purposes Share the resources with the learners you are working with for educational purposes You must not: Use the resources for any purpose other than for educational purposes as set out above Modify or alter the resources Make the resources publicly available Share any images of the resources outside the educational setting. This includes online and on social media Allow the learners you work with to share images of the resources outside the educational setting, including online and in social media Share these resources with friends or colleagues (instead, please ask them to register with us so they can have full access) Use the resources for any commercial purpose Agreement I understand that these educational resources contain copyrighted materials. I will therefore only use them for educational purposes as defined under the conditions for using the resources. I agree to use the resources in accordance with the terms of this agreement. I understand that if I use these resources other than in accordance with the terms of this agreement, I may be personally liable for copyright infringement.
