Educational Resources

We are building a range of anti-racist educational resources based on our collections. These resources will equip educators to engage young people in unique histories from Greater Manchester’s Global Majority communities. The resources are suitable for use in schools and formal education as well as youth and community settings.

The resources include:

  • Blogs which give contextual information to introduce histories and experiences
  • Activities that draw on our archive and library collections that you can download and use in your work
  • Other useful reading and resources

Our resources are free to use and available to all educators who register with us. We ask you to register so that we can ensure the resources are being used in line with copyright restrictions and to respect the donors’ wishes.
